About the Journal

Ilorin Journal of Business Education(IJBE) ISSN:2659-0050 is a quarterly blind  peer-reviewed research-based journal published by the Department of Educational Management, University of Ilorin. IJBE is in both print and online, deposited in the ISSN  International Centre database. The journal is also listed in University of Ilorin Journal list. The first publication of Ilorin Journal of Business Education  Vol 1, No 1 was in 2016.

The journal aimed at contributing to a platform where research ideas, concepts and findings can be discussed and disseminated. The journal promotes the publication of well researched scholarly articles in the field of Education, Administration and Entrepreneurship.

IJBE promotes interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research across several fields of study, such as:

The journal is published by the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. 

IJBE is committed to promoting scholarship that bridges theory and practice, with an emphasis on how education intersects with business and administrative functions in both public and private sectors. The journal seeks to encourage innovative thinking, policy development, and the improvement of professional practice in areas such as: Business education pedagogy and curriculum development, educational management and leadership, Entrepreneurial education and skill development, Organizational behaviors and institutional performance, Policy analysis in educational and business contexts.
